Angelica: Anaheim, California, United States; After retiring several blogs that shared many memories, I've come to marry my love for writing and my love for stuffing my tummy into Eat My Food Thought -- a humble blog about my love and appreciation for good food.

Why the name? First off, I'm not a food snob nor a claimed aficionado, heck, I google food things and watch food shows all the time. But that's what it's really about. The love for food comes with the education of food, along with giving birth to brilliant food ideas. From there builds a magical food dream. All in all, it starts with a thought. Followed by lots of yumminess and ... exercise.

So eat my food thought, as you journey through my words and photos. I can't change your allergies or your food preferences, but I CAN make you salivate.
